We are two weeks old today! Baby Cory who was the littlest of us all opened his eyes on Friday, today Denali and Fischer have opened their eyes! We are now trying to stand on our legs but we're a little clumsy, we're sure to be off and taking baby steeps soon. Cassie caught up and opened her eyes on the 17th!

The Fab Four Are Six Weeks Old
Here we are 5 weeks old!!! This week has brought us as many new wonders as the weeks before. We have gone from puppy mush to full fledge hard puppy food and drinking water. Today was the most exciting day ever, we got to go outside for a little bit and explore!!!!! Cory liked that the most; when we came in he sat by the door crying. Baby Cory was the littlest of us all and now he thinks he can take on the world, he’s big, strong, and playful. Mellow Fischer has completely recovered from being sick and is becoming quite playful (as you can see from our pictures). C.C. (Crazy Cassie) is the most curious of the bunch and keeps our foster mom on her toes, today C.C. found the families forever dogs food and was eating it and also got lost when she escaped from our room. She was found behind the washer. Sweet Denali is just as sweet heart she loves cuddling and makes almost purring noises when she’s being petted in her sleep.

Crazy Cassie Mellow Fischer
Well we are now three weeks old and this past week has brought us many changes! Some of us are taking our first steps, we are all trying puppy mush, and we are pooping and peeing on our own!!!! For those of you who have not experienced puppies you won’t appreciate what a huge deal it is we are pooping and peeing on our own. Typically our mommy would lick our bottoms so we will do our business. Since we are without a mommy our foster family has had to assist us in doing our deeds. They are very glad that we are doing it on our own. We are also starting to explore our environment a bit and playing with each other (as you can see from pictures). We have been to the vet to be de wormed and have a clean bill of health. Soon we will be ready to go to our forever families. There is only one beautiful orphan puppy left waiting for his forever home!!! Cassie, Cory, and Denali have found wonderful forever families. Each one has found the perfect family to suit their personalities! Fischer is still on the search for his family. He is a very mellow puppy and a big cuddle bug! He enjoys playing but he is very gentle. He has been raised with small children and loves being around them he also does well with cats and dogs that also have mellow temperaments. He is very well behaved indoors but also enjoys exploring outside. Fischer has been neutered; micro chipped, and is current on all of his vaccines. He is house trained and knows how to sit nicely for treats. We spent our first week eating and sleeping. We now are pros at eating from our baby bottles and are fed every two hours. We can crawl around but can't yet stand on our legs. We'll get there though! We are strong, loved, and safe!

Here we are going on four weeks old! With the odds against us we are all healthy and happy. This week several exciting things have happened. We all have teeth; we have some little chew sticks, although we aren’t quite sure how to use them. We eat puppy food now and have been taken off o f the bottle! Its lots of fun playing slip and slide in our food dish. We are all walking and getting good at it. Fischer is the quickest one. Fischer and Cory have found their bark and it makes everyone laugh when they hear us. Crazy Cassie has found her growl she does it in her sleep sometimes and its hilariously cute.
Friday we went to the clinic to be weighed Denali weighed in at 3 lbs. 20z. Cory and Cassie tied at 2 lbs. 14 oz. and fischer 2 lbs. 11 oz. On Saturday Fischer wasn't feeling well and was sneezing formula out of his nose. So our foster mommy called Dr.Stark and he was very kind to meet us at his office, even though it was his and off. As it turned out it was a very good thing Fischer was seen. He had aspirated formula into his lungs. Dr.Stark put fischer on medicine and he is doing much better now. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr.Stark!!!!

Seven Weeks And We've Beat The Odds!!!!
Here we are at seven weeks old. Our personalities seem to be doing a flip flop. Baby Cory the, “runt” of the bunch has proven to be the most outgoing and adventurous. Mellow Fischer, after getting over being sick is a cute little scraper. Sweet Denali is finding adventure around every corner. Crazy Cassie has turned into the cuddle bug of the bunch. Like my brothers I love to explore, the back yard is my favorite playground! I am a snuggle bug but I also have a very playful side. I have been known to get myself into fixes, for example I am always getting tangled up in my blanket. I have been raised with my sister and two brothers by a very loving foster home. Hi my name is Fischer I was born on August 1st and orphaned on August 4th. I am a mellow fellow but as I grow older the puppy in me is coming out. I love playing tug of war with my sock, wrestling with my siblings, and snuggling with anyone who gives me the time (which is often). I enjoy being both inside and outside, as I am getting older my curious nature is emerging and I love a good explore. I have been raised with my brother and two sisters by a very loving foster home. I would love to find a forever family who will love me always and I will love them back.

Hi my name is Cassie I was born on August 1st and orphaned on August 4th. When I first came to my foster home I was thought to be the crazy one of the bunch. As I get older I am emerging as the most mellow and cuddly one. I enjoy playing outside for short bits but I prefer to be inside.
