LAPAW's adoption fee is an affordable $75.  Your tax-deductible fee helps offset the cost of the veterinary services that we provide to each animal.   All of our animals are spayed or neutered, health checked, have their shots, have  been heartworm tested, and are on heartworm preventative.  In addition, some of our animals have been treated for heartworms - which costs LAPAW an additional $100 per animal.  In that case, LAPAW asks for additional donation to help reimburse us so we can help other animals.
